Cleaning Team Member – Part-Time

Join our commercial and residential cleaning operations in a permanent part-time role. Starting hours are approximately 10–16 per week, with additional shifts possible as the client schedule grows. A driver’s licence is not required.

• Approximately 10–16 hours per week to start.
• Primarily weekday and evening assignments.
• Work includes recurring commercial sites and other scheduled cleaning jobs.
• Additional shifts may become available based on your availability and client demand.

• Perform commercial and residential cleaning, including regular, deep, move-in/move-out, and project cleaning as assigned.
• Clean and sanitize washrooms, kitchens, common areas, and workspaces.
• Vacuum, mop, dust, wipe surfaces, and handle garbage and recycling.
• Follow site-specific instructions and Green Pacific cleaning standards.
• Use professional cleaning chemicals, tools, and equipment safely.
• Work independently or as part of a cleaning team.
• Handle client property and access information responsibly.
• Report damage, supply shortages, and other problems promptly, and accurately record working time.

• Reliability, punctuality, and consistent availability for assigned shifts.
• The ability to work independently after training, pay attention to detail, and follow instructions at different sites.
• The physical ability to perform professional cleaning and handle equipment.
• Legal authorization to work in Canada and the ability to complete a background check when required.
• Professional cleaning experience is an asset.
• A driver’s licence is not required. A valid licence is an asset and may provide access to additional shifts.

• $20–$23 per hour, depending on experience and responsibilities.
• Approximately 10–16 hours per week to start.
